Welcome to my health coaching page! In July 2024, I will sit for the national board exam to become a nationally board certified health and wellness coach by the national board of medical examiners. This is the same organization that certifies doctors, nurses and other health professionals. In order to qualify, I need to document 50 coaching sessions before June 6, 2024. Each initial session is 30-minutes, complimentary (free) and laser focused on you.
